As a first time home buyer, I knew I was in for an overwhelming experience. When my offer was accepted I was ecstatic, but when my mortgage broker started to waiver on her abilities it was David who kept me sane and worked with the sellers to reassure them that it was not my fault that the financing wasn't coming through as expected. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive at first about getting into the market to see what we could come up with to start the next chapter in our life. David took all of that tension away right off the start when I met him for the first time. Being in the military, and not living in the same city as my wife for the moment, clearly was a challenge for David to work with.
